We are a family of three — a husband, a wife, and a child — building something together around our kitchen table. Through conversations, shared ideas, family stories, late-night brainstorming, and a genuine love of fragrance, what started as collecting and talking about scents slowly became something more.
We wanted to create a place where people could explore fragrance without spending hundreds of dollars on a full bottle. But we also wanted it to feel more personal than a typical decant store. We wanted fragrance to have a story again.
That is where the name comes from.
The Archive represents the things we hold onto — our memories, our family, our history, the people we love, and the places that helped shape us.
The Ash represents what remains after a moment has passed — the trace it leaves behind, the part of a memory that stays with you even years later.
Today, Archive & Ash offers carefully prepared fragrance decants ranging from well-known designer scents to niche, artistic, and unusual fragrances we think are worth experiencing. Every bottle we add is another opportunity for someone to discover a scent that means something to them.
But this is only the beginning.
Our long-term dream is to create original Archive & Ash fragrances inspired by our own family stories — our experiences, our loved ones, our history, and the places that have become part of who we are. Some of those stories are joyful. Some are difficult. Some are deeply personal. But they are ours.
And one day, we hope they become fragrances that help someone else connect with their own memories too.
We are building something our family can be proud of. Something we can leave behind.
